First, we are professional IP camera and NVR developer and manufacturer, we develop software and hardware and manufacture whole products, and we have enough IT support engineers. Maybe you know, most of China CCTV factory don't have R&D capacity, they buy IP camera or NVR module from the third company, then only assemble it. In case of camera problem, they can't immediately help you. This is the most important difference.
Although we only focus on IP camera and NVR, but IP CCTV system is complex, it don't like analog CCTV system, customer always don't know how to design and choose system solution, so we also help our customer to finish it.
Second, we own all IP cameras and NVR soure code, so we can provide OEM or ODM service, and can rapidly to fix the bug. In addition, we focus on professional system product, we don't like cheap products, because China market has huge cheap products. So maybe you will find our price is higher than other suppliers.
